Metric was one of the Global coffee roasters we worked with for our July 2023 edition. They sent us a lot of delicious coffees to choose from for our box with plenty of extra bags from each producer. You can now pick up some of these lovely coffees roasted in Chicago.
This coffee was featured in our Global box and we have some stock left from the original samples that were sent for our cupping as well as from the actual production roast for our shipment. This coffee is from Honduran producer Remigio Castellano who inherited his farm from his mother. The relationship with Metric was made possible by our friend Benjamin Paz who is one of Honduras’ best connected producers and exporters. This is a lovely and well balanced Yellow Catuai from Remigio, available with two different roast dates.
