He has worked in various different establishments and environments from coffee shops to large, busy restaurants and has always been keen on bettering himself and learning more. Shortly after earning catering certificates and qualifications the opportunity arose for himself to take on the Cafe at No 4 with Andrew Luck. After taking this opportunity this has allowed David and Andrew to pool together their recipes and ideas with their years of combined experience to create their own exciting dishes and re-create modern classics with a constantly changing and adapting weekly menu.
